First thing is first. No products on this page are put here unless I have tried them AND have found them to be helpful. I firmly believe in helping other fibromyalgia sufferers manage and find some relief for their symptoms. However, as you probably already know, each person’s fibromyalgia journey is different, and things that have worked for me, might not work the same for you.
Because I have fibromyalgia, like many of you, it is hard for me to work a traditional job in any sense. So, to help supplement our family’s income, I may receive a commission when you clink on certain links and make a purchase. AND because it can be difficult to go somewhere and shop I may have a slight addiction to Amazon 😉 so most of these products can be ordered for a great price and delivered right to your doorstep!
Fibromyalgia Pain Relief Products
Epsoak Epsom Salt 19lbs Magnesium Sulfate – Two, 20-minute Epsom bath soaks per week allow you to absorb magnesium through the skin to help relieve painful muscles. This big bag was the best value I could find since you use 2-cups per soak and I didn’t want to be ordering every week.
Sable XXX-Large Heating Pad – Heat helps relieve my jaw, neck, shoulder, back and hip pain. I like the softness and size of this specific heating pad.
Pure Enrichment PureRelief Extra-Long Back & Neck Heating Pad – When I can’t lay down or am at my desk, this pad is my go-to since it wraps around the neck and body and can be secured with magnetic closure and waist strap. It even comes with a cute and handy storage or travel bag.
Cervical Neck Traction Device – This little device is amazing at both stretching out and supporting my neck when its had enough. I’ve also found it useful for a travel pillow. The front, back and sides of my neck are constantly tight, stiff, weak, and painful so this has become a best friend of mine to use along with stretching techniques.
Neck & Full Back Massage Chair – This massage chair with heat is amazing at any time of the day. As I tell everyone, it may look ordinary, but it packs a powerful massage punch. When may back, neck and base of skull pain is relentless, it feels so good to let this rocking massage chair take over and provide relief. The seat vibrates too and becomes a welcome distraction to take your mind off the pain. I wanted a chair that looked and worked great for a good price. It has been worth every penny so far.
Teeter Inversion Table – When you’re inverted on this table, your back and neck will feel like a million bucks. It allows your spine to decompress, relieve pressure on nerves, realign the spine and release muscle tension. The nice thing about this specific brand is that it’s registered with the FDA as a Medical Device. Again, if I’m investing in my health, I want to make sure that what I’m using is going to be effective, be safe and last a long time.
NordicTrack Treadmill Desk – Why is this under pain relief? Well, if I sit too long, I hurt, if I stand too long, I hurt. So, being able to move while doing some desk work is amazing. Plus, you can use it just like a normal treadmill too if you need. I got this one in particular because for a good name brand, it was a good price and it looked nice too. It’s a fairly big investment, but to get some relief in the middle of the day or after a long time sitting at the desk, it is worth every penny.

Plus – it’s got dual controls so that if you’re sleeping partner doesn’t want any heat – they don’t have to roast. I turn it on or hit the pre-heat button when I start getting ready for bed, so when I hop in, it’s warm and toasty.
IMAK Fingerless Compression Gloves – Did I mention that I’m always cold?!? I have a desk job, so my fingers need some extra warmth while I type and run the mouse. These gloves are thin, but give that extra layer to help keep some warmth in my hands while allowing me to get my work done.

7 Day Detachable Pill Organizer – With the fibro fog and memory issues, it can be difficult to know which pills I’ve taken and which I need to take. I ordered two sets and use one for morning and one for evening. On the evening ones I drew a little moon with black, permanent marker. AND if I travel, I can just take the days of pills I need with me instead of taking the whole thing. It’s super convenient and makes my med-taking easy and safe.
